Alanna Zabel

Alanna Zabel is the founder of AZIAM Yoga and the creator of Yoga Barre™. She is a registered ERYT-500 yoga instructor, Pilates and fitness instructor. In 2000, she founded her own unique YogaDance company based on combining the essential movements of yoga with modern dance. Her first performance was choreographed for a private party at Michael Jackson's home and performed at Neverland. Her performances have been requested at fashion shows, conferences and private parties.

With a flare for style and design, Alanna launched the premium AZIAM Active Wear collections. Beyond her accomplishments as an instructor, performer, program director, writer, and designer, Alanna is a creative force and a teacher with a passion for kids. In addition to fourteen children's books with yoga and wellness themes, she single-handed created The World's First Yoga Doll and Soul Model collections.

Voted "Best Yoga Instructor in Los Angeles" in 2011 by LA Family Magazine and one of "Hollywood's Hottest Trainers" by Shape Magazine in 2014, Alanna is passionate about teaching yoga through her classes, life and writing. She is the author of As I Am: Where Spirituality Meets Reality and Meaningful Coincidence: Synchronistic Stories of the SoulHer children's book titles include The Seven Doors, a children's version of Deepak Chopra's best selling The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success. Stephen Bickle

Stephen's teaches with a strong connection to function. He relies on his engineers mind to help dissect the poses, using this to teach my students how to safely practice at a very physical level. He may take teaching very seriously but rest assured, come to class ready to have some fun, sweat your butt off, and discover something new about yourself.

Samara Zelniker

Samara Zelniker is a highly experienced Vinyasa Yoga instructor + Mindfulness creatrix. She is dedicated to creating a platform for leaders to reach their infinite potential. With over a decade of experience teaching yoga, meditation and mindfulness,  and as founder of Mindfulness Matters, her focus lies in applying these age old concepts to modern day life. 

Sally Turner

Sally has been teaching yoga for 20 years here on the westside both in the studio and in-home private sessions. A retired modern dancer, she brings the joy of movement to her vinyasa flow practice with a focus on the spaces in between the poses. Her music driven class strikes the balance of strength and flexibility and is dedicated to celebrating life - the journey over the destination.

Tom Morley

Tom Morley has been teaching yoga for over 15 years. He was formally trained at Yoga Works. Tom is a devoted meditation practitioner & facilitator drawing from Tibetan Buddhism, Taoism, Tantra & other traditions. He has pursued various spiritual teachings and healing modalities his entire life.

Haley Kiss

Haley is a high energy, cardio & sculpt loving fitness enthusiast and instructor who is passionate about living an healthy lifestyle through yoga, fitness, and proper nutrition. She works full time at the Honest Company, so you can only catch her early mornings, evenings, and weekends!

Ish Moran

Ish Moran teaches a flow yoga class set to world beat music with an emphasis on alignment. As a result of sports injuries, Ish began practicing Iyengar yoga to strengthen muscles and focus mentally. After dedicating his first six years of study with Iyengar instructor Judy Narvid, Ish happened on Steve Ross's class. Ish practiced for another six years with Steve Ross before becoming certified through a Teacher Training program with renown yoga teacher, Rod Stryker.

Lizzy Castilla

Lizzy Castilla is a Yoga Instructor, certified by AZIAM Yoga. She has over 13 years of experience in dance and other performance arts. Her specialities include movement & mindfulness in: ballet, ballroom dancing, Yoga, hand balancing, contortion and aerial Pole. Lizzy’s most recent studies are Thai Massage & Breathwork. Her mission is to share what she has learned through her extensive studies and experiences in the hope that it will pave the way for others as they find their own unique path.

Ashley Hanawalt

After competing on the national level as a dancer, Ashley went on to earn a degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology’s from the Univ of Colorado at Boulder, as well as a license to practice as a Nutrition & Health Counselor from the American Association for Drugless Practitioners.

Ashley's background in science and medicine has given her an insightful look into how important the relationship between mind and body, seeking wellness solutions with diet, exercise, and a sense of spirituality.

Nikki Norenberg

Nikki found her love for yoga after 25 years of competitive dance and performing arts. She immediately felt a deep connection to the practice and its ability to positively impact the mind, the body and the soul. She has been working in fitness instruction for over ten years and is currently teaching Vinyasa and Barre. Her spunk coupled with her desire to create a safe space for growth, creates a unique and inviting atmosphere that keeps you coming back. In every class, Nikki likes to find fluidity in her sequences as well as offer peak postures that challenge and inspire growth.

Diana Welham

Diana Welham began practicing yoga as a way to gain flexibility while being a competitive cheerleader. She fell in love with the practice, realizing there was so much more than just a physical workout. She continued on to complete her 200 hour Intensive Teacher Training with YogaWorks. In her classes, feel encouraged to smile, sweat, and move with no judgments or expectations - only love.

Ivy Joeva

Ivy is passionate about helping guide people of all ages home to their bodies and into their hearts. A classically trained Graham dancer and Reiki master, she enjoys merging the movement and healing arts.
A graduate of UC Berkeley and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, she is a certified holistic health counselor, birth and postpartum doula, registered yoga therapist, certified Khalsa Way prental yoga teacher, and directs the meditation program at the Jonathan Beach Club.

Phoebe Diftler

Phoebe Diftler brings her gifts of nurturing to the art of Restorative Yoga.  She utilizes her understanding of the mind-body continuum to help people decompress, relax, and restore well being.  Phoebe is a well-known Restorative Yoga teacher in the city of Los Angeles and she is also a treasured Thai Yoga bodyworker.

Susie Frank

Susie is passionate about sharing her love of the yoga practice with others, helping them overcome challenges, learning the benefits, and discovering the peace that it brings to one's life.

Kloii Hummingbird

Hummingbird is a dancer, performing artist and certified Yoga teacher. She became introduced to Yoga through home workout dvds in junior high. It wasn’t until 2013, during her first of two teacher trainings with CorePower Yoga, that her practice became a way of life. Hummingbird’s mission is to assist others in finding the divine within themselves while actively flowing through tension with intention and breath.

Barbara Scheidegger is the brainchild of Let it Go Hypnosis. She is a passionate and forward thinking certified clinical Hypnotherapist based in Beverly Hills, California. Barbara is also a NLP, Reiki practitioner, and life coach. She co-created HypnoYoga™ with AZIAM.
