Alanna Zabel is the founder of AZIAM Yoga and the creator of Yoga Barre™. She is a registered ERYT-500 yoga instructor, Pilates and fitness instructor. In 2000, she founded her own unique YogaDance company based on combining the essential movements of yoga with modern dance. Her first performance was choreographed for a private party at Michael Jackson's home and performed at Neverland. Her performances have been requested at fashion shows, conferences and private parties.
With a flare for style and design, Alanna launched the premium AZIAM Active Wear collections. Beyond her accomplishments as an instructor, performer, program director, writer, and designer, Alanna is a creative force and a teacher with a passion for kids. In addition to fourteen children's books with yoga and wellness themes, she single-handed created The World's First Yoga Doll and Soul Model collections.
Voted "Best Yoga Instructor in Los Angeles" in 2011 by LA Family Magazine and one of "Hollywood's Hottest Trainers" by Shape Magazine in 2014, Alanna is passionate about teaching yoga through her classes, life and writing. Tom Morley has been teaching yoga for over 15 years. He was formally trained at Yoga Works. Tom is a devoted meditation practitioner & facilitator drawing from Tibetan Buddhism, Taoism, Tantra & other traditions. He has pursued various spiritual teachings and healing modalities his entire life.
Diane Magnette hails originally from Brussels, Belgium and grew up snowboarding during the winter and swimming in the summer. With a keen eye for alignment she also enjoys music with a strong beat and music you can sing along to. New and old school hip hop, pop, dance and more.
Stephen's teaches with a strong connection to function. He relies on his engineers mind to help dissect the poses, using this to teach my students how to safely practice at a very physical level. Sean is a dedicated daily Ashtanga practitioner and agility/strength training devotee. He loves playing with ALL aspects of movement of the body, but what he feels is most important is awareness of the mind or in other words, transcending self-consciousness. Sean believes that through daily meditation he is able to transcend the ‘normal’ and ’turbulent' life experience towards one that is abundant and prosperous. In this way he is able to share his experience of both the mental and physical yogic processes to his students.

Haley is a high energy, cardio & sculpt loving fitness enthusiast and instructor who is passionate about living an healthy lifestyle through yoga, fitness, and proper nutrition. She works full time at the Honest Company, so you can only catch her early mornings, evenings, and weekends!
Annalisa Barrett holds both a BA in Psychology from UCLA as well as having completed the Yoga Works 500-hour yoga teacher training and their Prenatal/Postnatal training program. Pregnancy and birth became a passion during Annalisa’s first pregnancy as she educated herself about the process of labor and delivery and armed herself with all of the information she needed to go into labor with understanding and without fear. As a lover of fitness, she takes the post-partum recovery period seriously and empathizes with a new mother making time to help her body heal after the extreme changes it goes through.
Robert Bahedry is a certified breathwork practitioner in the 3-part breathing technique, a 3,000-year old Pranayama active mediation. Robert ‘stumbled’ upon the practice in 2008 at a time in his life when he was in search of a healing modality that would compliment his burgeoning yoga practice. It was, and continues to be, a life changing experience for him. Makayla was raised and influenced by both the deserts of Southern California, and the golden stone mountains of Provo Utah. In addition to being an avid runner, she has dedicated herself to the process and exploration of yoga - always in pursuit of mental, psychical, and spiritual balance. She believes in a practice that equally balances flexibility, strength, breath and meditative clarity - together as the four tenants of a well-rounded yoga practice. Makayla is forever honored to be a teacher, but always committed to being a student. She leads AZIAM's ROGA (Run & Yoga) classes.
Barbara Scheidegger is the brainchild of Let it Go Hypnosis. She is a passionate and forward thinking certified clinical Hypnotherapist based in Beverly Hills, California. Barbara is also a NLP, Reiki practitioner, and life coach. She co-created HypnoYoga™ with AZIAM.
